Help Audio problem with specific file

Hi folks,

Strange problem here. I have a podcast I listen to - the mp3's from the podcast have the right channel of audio cutting on when I listen on the GS3. The problem is specific to this podcast (all other audio on phone works fine) but the odd part is the problem does not appear when I listen to THE EXACT SAME FILE on either my computer or my Galaxy Note 10.1

I thought there might be something funky going on with Samsung software, but the lack of the issue on the notes leads me to believe this isn't the case. The sound works fine if I reencode the file to another bitrate/stereo mode. The current file is 96 kbps with joint stereo.

Anyone else experience this? It's really strange and I'd be interested to know if there is a fix out there.

I had the same problem and it's the stock player that has the problem.
go to google play and download and install Jet Audio. It should play it fine.

I used the free one and since it worked well, I ended up getting the pay version.
I worked for sooo many hours trying to "Fix" the audio and there was nothing really wrong, just the player!
