Help Audio problem

It is a somewhat known problem that there is a problem with the software that if you have headphones plugged in there wont be any audio coming out the left ear. I looked up how to fix this and couldn't pull some abd thing from the cmd prompt. So I thought I'd wait it out till the next update. After todays firmware update, no such luck.

Could anyone help me?

This ISN'T known to be a software problem- I've NEVER had that problem. Try different headphones then you might need to contact ASUS.
