Audio problem

I have the Samsung Exhilarate, and when I place or answer a call the person on the other end cant hear me. They say it just sounds like a "thumping" sound. Any ideas??

Hopefully i can try and assist you with the issue you are having today

Anyhow, i would suggest performing a hard battery reboot by removing the battery reinserting and restarting the device!

As suggested by Digital Controller, try doing a reset of the device. Hopefully this will fix the issue @ hand. However, if the problem persists - you might want to get the device checked out by a technician.
