Help Audio/Sound Crackling

Is anyone else getting this, I was watching something on iplayer with headphones in and sound started to crackle, thought it was earphones or connection, so I restarted video with headphones out and no issues, half way through the video the speakers started to crackle.

Very annoying, can't work out if it's speakers, iplayer or what.

When I wiggle headphones in the jack, it seemed to make it worse.

Yes I am getting the same thing. Youtube other players and with headphones and without i get a cracking sound...did you find a solution?

I also have this sound problem. It's got to the stage where I can't watch videos anymore. What should I do?? It's only seemed to happen since I've downloaded the latest firmware.

I resolved this by sending the phone back under my 14 day cooling off, I'm sure an update will fix this but I don't have the patience to wait on updates for a half finished phone. When this phone is all up to date and fixed, I'll consider it again, until then I'm well shot.

Maybe a different but related issue...
I've also experienced some crackling when playing music over bluetooth (haven't noticed it with video yet). Actually it's more like a pop that happens every now and then. So i'm not sure if we're hearing something similar or if yours is more severe.

Sometimes when I connect to my bluetooth speakers, i don't have any issues at all. And sometimes, it's very noticeable. In those cases, i try disconnecting and reconnecting bluetooth, and at least temporary solves the problem.

I have to say, this is very disappointing since I had no such issues with my last phone (iPhone 4). But I've sort of learned to live with it, and am hoping it will one day be fixed.
