Apps Audio, Video calls and Text chat integration in Android apps

I would like to build an android app and web application that should support the following features:

- Audio, Video calls from Android app to Web client (Should support multiple clients and call recording)
- Audio, Video calls from Web client to Android app (Should support multiple clients and call recording)
- Audio, Video calls from Android app to Android app (Should support multiple clients and call recording)
- Text messages (Should support multiple clients)

I want the above features to be integrated in my app. Is there any third party that provides api to make audio, video calls? How can I do it in a good way?please share your thought
