Authentic Galaxy S IV?

I was wondering if TopBuy sells genuine Galaxy S IV or is it a copy/fake. I cant post the link because I'm new but 1 part that has me particularly concerned is the "(Please note user manual may come as English version hardcopy or softcopy)", shouldn't there always be a hardcopy? and bad reviews of the site.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
 
If there are reviews stating that the phone was counterfeit, that would be enough to keep me from even considering buying from them. You can get a "Samsung Note 3" for about $220 - but it's not the same "Samsung Note 3" that Samsung makes.

(There's an app called Genuine Galaxy Phone Info that you can run on any Samsung S or Note (running the stock ROM - it checks ROM size) to see if the phone is fake or not.)

I've seen 1 person say they think they received a fake T shirt from the site. I don't follow what you mean by "You can get a "Samsung Note 3" for about $220 - but it's not the same "Samsung Note 3" that Samsung makes"

Fake, clone, not genuine, Galaxy S4 phones

Unfortunately, there are a lot of fake/clone Galaxy S4 phones around for sale on the web and there is no real way of ascertaining how genuine a phone is until you have it in your hands and check it.

Caveat emptor... Let the buyer beware!

I'd say it's pretty unlikely that this is a fake although you must of course satisfy yourself of that. One thing's for sure, no half way reputable site would sell clones.

I was actually referring to Topbuy - Samsung Galaxy S4 i9506 16G Black 4G LTE UNLOCKED Mobile Phone Topbuy. What do you think?

Do you have an answers as to why they are saying in the contest description "Please note user manual may come as English version hardcopy or softcopy"?
I thought that the user manual should always be hardcopy
