authentication problem

I am trying to connect my pendopad 7 to our wireless, but it wont connect and keeps coming up with authentication problem.

help please.
 
Either you're using a method of authentication that the pad doesn't handle, or you're putting in the wrong password. (Assuming that you're not trying to connect to a neighbor's signal by mistake.)
