Help Authentication's to game servers fail

Hello,
for me it's the first time that I couldn't work around a problem myself and have to turn to the kind people of the community when it comes to devices.

I've been struggling with this problem since last saturday. I'll try to be as specific as possible.

Problem: can't connect to any android online game.
Since last thursday i would occasionally play one or another game on my tegra note. Thursday night I downloaded this game Stellacept online. It worked, Friday night i played it a little bit. Saturday afternoon i tried logging on I got an error that authentication failed. Jumped to many conclussions, but did nothing there and left it be. Sunday (yesterday night) I try it again, and it doesnt work, same problem after trying to reinstall the game, clear cache's data's, resetting google services, resigning in to google accounts, factory resetting handeld etc...
After trying nearly everything i could i tried to install the game on my phone and got the same message, got a lot of search results relating to ISP and routers on google regarding this matter. Then i noticed i get the same errors on every game that i ever tried and worked (avabel, toram, order and chaos, asphalt etc...), or in general any game that requires a google account authentication and an active connection.

So today what really got me lost was this flow of events:
(my phone is L9 and handheld tegra so i'll name them that way below)
Used to play everything on tegra now it doesnt work
same error on L9
I turn off wifi off L9
I turn on mobile data on L9 game starts to work over mobile data.
I switch it off and turn wifi on on L9 and the game after reboot still works
I try it after reconnecting to wifi on tegra and it doesnt (note my tegra doenst have mobile data)

any ideas?

Reboot your router.
Then check to be sure the DNS addresses assigned in your router have not been changed.

First of all what's an "L9" and a "handheld Tegra" phone? Is this Chinese devices?

LG otpimus L9
Nvidia Tegra note 7
Router is Sky UK with default settings and nothing has been changed, confirmed that. Also tried router reboots.

Could be Sky has outage or connectivity issues somewhere. The way to prove that, see if the games work over 3G/4G from your wireless carrier, rather than WiFi from the Sky router.

It seems to me like some sort of authentication token that is on a device got refreshed when switching from different networks on my mobile phone. Because all games work on my mobile phone over sky wifi, and no games work on my handheld over sky wifi.
