Help Authorize HTC sense for facebook issue

I have this issue all the time its always saying authorize HTC sense for facebook I click it it won't go away until I long hold it select app info and force stop it then it goes away for a bit then comes back

My facebook is updated to latest version I'm on the newest update I just got this phone 2 weeks ago is there a fix yet

Is there gonna be an update to fix it

this issue is more likely to be local to your device.

i recommend you clear cache and fully remove all facebook updates.


reinstall. then when you first open up facebook after the reinstall, make sure to give htc permission to sync with the app.

if it continues, give htc a call. this is not a major bug.

I have done all but call HTC I have factory reset and nothing it still pops up

What is your software version?

Latest is 3.16.651.3

Maybe try to log out of Facebook for HTC Sense, and just use the app without the OS integration. I don't use Facebook anymore so I'm not sure about troubleshooting this issue.

I'll try that and I'm on that version

OK I tried it it didn't work I went to acct and syncs removed Facebook and it logged me out I logged back in and same screen pops up

I've been having the same problem. And I'm rooted ... so, after trying several trouble-shooting methods, I have come to believe that said issue must be a connection between our phone and the FB for Android app. The thing is ...does it affect everybody../\
