Help Authorized user

Tried to update my phone and they couldn't verify who I was in store
I AM A AUTHORIZED USER!! Today I went online to upgrade my phone, then i pay the taxes choose to pick it up in store later today, well when I went in to the store and they couldn't send me a text or email with a code due to a system error they were getting, well when they tried to take pictures of my license it wasn't accepting it so they called this number to figure out what to do next and she said that they couldn't verify who I was, so I had to cancel the phone upgrade and they said I could I could have it shipped to my house and I wouldn't have to go through all that, well they said at midnight it would say I can upgrade again but it's past midnight and it's saying that I have to pay off the phone before I can upgrade again, which I am not doing at all
 
So the staff couldn't verify who you were in the store?

Well do you have any ID, like driving licence, passport, works ID card, union ID card, etc. Able to answer security questions etc.?

Shouting at them, and stamping your feet won't work that's for sure.
 
Are you sure you are an authorized user? And, if so, your information was entered correctly? Even something as simple as a mistyped zip code could make the authorization fail.
