Auto 4G Enabler?

[Captain Sexy]

I have an auto WI FI enabler app on my phone where when I get close to my house or office it turns the wi fi on but off when I leave by it self. Does anybody know if there is an app like this for 4G that is worth a damn? I found one in the market place but it got bad reviews.

Thanks for your help.
