Help Auto-backup stalled

Recently my Droid 4 has been popping up a message stating auto-backup stalled.

I did a Google search but could not find a fix for this. Anyone else having this issue and know how to fix it?

What is the name of the backup service you are using? I am using the Trend Micro backup service and have had no problems. Some apps start out as free for a limited time, then you have to purchase them to continue.
