Help auto complete makes my soul hurt. Help?

Ive turned off EVERY setting remates to keyboard and language and still my textos and seareemplace perfectly spelled words with absolute nonsense. I hate texting and typing. Ive turned every setting off and it still replaces correctly spelled words with bullshit. Please someone Helpl me before I break my phone and nave to but a new one. Please.
 
If you could let us know a few things first it would be easier to help. What phone model and Android version are you using? Which keyboard do you use and is this the same for any text entry or just in specific apps?
 
I've had the same problem once in a while. The only way I found to fix it is set it to Spanish & then back to English.
Anyone have any other ideas?
My phone is Evo Design & is rooted & would like to remove the Spanish language option but don't see how.
 
Did find on another site that on the English keyboard there is an EN key but if you hit it switches to ES which is Spanish so even if in your phone settings it's set to English you can end up in Spanish.
How silliy is that?
