Help Auto correct suggestions difficult to read

As of this morning (I think), the background to the auto correct word suggestions when I'm typing in an email etc have turned white rather than black. Makes it rather difficult to read! Strangely, if I turn the phone landscape its OK!

Has anyone else seen this?

I haven't seen that. A couple of questions ... are you running stock? Any custom keyboards or themes? Which version of Android? I think the autocorrect is a function of the keyboard, so you might try switching to a different keyboard and then switching back to the one you are using to see if that clears it up.

Stock Android, version 4.4.4. Installed Swift key (which was fine, as expected), reverted back to Google still no good. However, a reboot appears to have cured it! Should've thought of that earlier, I guess

Do quite like swiftkey, though. Maybe time for a change of keyboard #rockandroll
