Auto - Dialing App Request

Hello, I'm in need of an auto dialing application.

One that allows me to:

• dial contacts from a specific list sequentially
• leave a pre-recorded message if answering machine is detected

So you want a application that calls someone and waits for answer machine and once got it leaves a message? Like a bill collector?

What would you want it to do if it got a live person? How would it distinguish? Wait for silence, and if a tone was heard, restart the recording?
