My focus still doesnt focus every time when I am taking pics. Really dont want to bring it back to att as I guarantee it won't do it in store. That always happens with things. Would a factory reset you think fix issue. I've done all steps that they tell you to do when this happens

with any device it will always be 1 of 2 things when it comes to troubleshooting. is it software? or hardware? the only way to find out is to do a factory reset. if it is still not working right....then it is hardware.
