auto matic sahut off

i hava a karbonn A1+ . it automatically shut off and after reinserting the battery it power on.
I purchased mobile on July 7th 2013. After a mother this problem is running.
I went to service center two times but the problem is going on. I belong to city hardoi at U.P. in India.

I am using airtel & idea .
What should i do ?

How good is the law in India regarding warranties? In the US I'd just insist that they replace the phone.
