Help Auto redialing when connecting bluetooth?

Does this happen to anyone else?
I'm not sure if it's the phone or the bluetooth headset that's doing it, but whenever they connect, the phone will redial the last number.

I've had that happen a few times, although I figured I just fat-fingered one of the buttons on the blue-tooth when putting it in my ear.

Definitely not that, I've tried turning bluetooth headset on, and then turning bluetooth on my phone.
