Auto reply that my texting is turned off???

I have my texting turned off on my phone (I don't want people to text me). Does anyone know if there is an app or a way to let people know that their text did not go through???

If it's turned off, this may not work, but you can autorespond with a message that you don't accept text messages, or something like that.
