Help Auto rotate and battery

I have wondered the same thing myself. I have decided that it must. Especially when you move around and the screen reprints twice.
This frequently occurs when reading, walking, or dripping the phone lower to talk with someone.
Even if the sensor power drain is insignificant, I think the application response could add up.
I keep mine off. I can't say that I really notice anything. The big wins for me seem to be :
1 screen off as much as possible
2. Good signal or airplane mode.
3 auto sync off if you can
The 3500mah battery I bought is amazing, but I have not found a decent case for it, so I keep using the thin battery. I have gone 3 days on a few occasions. The thick battery was 3days always.
