Auto Text Response for Ignoring Incomming Call

After ICS, I can't get the feature to work -Under GB when there was an incoming call the screen had 3 or 4 different text messages that you could select to send the caller if you didn't want to take the call. All you had to do was just tap one and it would send.

Can we get this feature back?

from the manual, don't know if ICS changed this though

To ignore a call when the screen is active, touch [ignore].

When the screen is locked, ignore an incoming call by dragging to the left.

When you choose to ignore an incoming call, your smartphone gives you the
option to send a text message to the caller.

I found it. Unlike GB where the options automatically show up when you select Ignore, in ICS, you have to select Text, not Ignore.
