auto-upload to picasa

Hi,

Is there any way to get 2.1 to auto-upload to picasa? the idea sounds great to me.

Also, I've heard people talk about auto-uploading images when taken, but where are the settings for that? Is that a feature of an app or a feature within android 2.1 itself?

Sorry to bump this old thread, but I'm curious about this too.

The 3d gallery from the Nexus One did add picasa web albums under my google login in accounts, but is there a way to automatically upload pictures taken to picasa?

there's an app called picpush but i haven't tried it. it costs like $2 i think.

Picpush is actually $4.99.

What about an app that doesn't necessarily auto-upload to picasa, but you open the app and click an upload button whenever you want to upload.

It'd be nice if you could specify which folders it uploads pictures from and it uploads (or actually maybe syncs rather than blindly uploads) all pictures at once, not one at a time.

Take your photo. Click Share button (the one with two arrows). Then, choose Picasa. Your email will readily be there. Just choose the album and upload.

Yes auto uploading would be great.

In my Nokia days I used to use Shozu, which was great. Uploaded photo's to Flickr etc and videos to You Tube.

They for some reason have not taken Android on board.

Yes this would seem to be a must for a google phone. Id love to have such and have continued to search for a sync when I want app for photos to my picasa web albums. So far no joy. The only app I have not tried is the picpush because it requires a secondary user account with there service. This really should be an easy 0ne two setup.
