Help auto Wake up when connect charge

Does anyone knows any android phone what wakes up when you connect your charger?

I need it to my car, its not good to look for power button when driving...

Thanks for reply. No, i mean when battery goes empty. Then i start car, phone gets volts and starts...

Lol no its just that when people say "wake" it usually implies that the phone is powered up already but the screen is off.
Sorry but there's no way to do what you want as no app or anything can run while your phone is powered off
