Help Auto web address completion.

PLZZZ HELP!!!!!

 We know that WebView only works when complete web address is passed as a
parameter. Eg. http://www.google.com
 But the real life Web Browsers also work if user only enter google.com
 I WANT MY application should complete the missing prefix by it-self (if prefix is missing)
and work with all following addresses:
http://www.google.com
www.google.com
google.com
