Autofill the email "to" field

That title may not be very descriptive, but when I am composing an email, in the To field I can usually just type the first couple of letters and it will drop down a list of a few contacts that match that. I have one contact that I email a lot and it doesn't always drop down that list. I can type out the full name even and it doesn't do that. However sometimes when I open up a new email and click on the To field, before I even start typing it shows a list of which looks like the last few people I emailed, and that person's name is on that list. But if I start to type in her name, it doesnt show up. Any ideas?

I would simply add a new contact in your phone with the email address. When you go to compose, you can start typing the persons contact name in your phone, not their email address, and it will autofill their email address/name.
