Help Automatic time zone problem

Hey so my s3 has the oddest problem. Whenever I travel between Melbourne and Adelaide the time zone doesn't automatically change. I have the option ticked, if course. Thoughts?

Where does your phone get the time from? Some Networks / Carriers don't even offer a network time service, even though the phone may have an "Automatic date and time" tick box.

On crazy Johns I'd suspect it gets it from the "network"? Lol

Interesting test, how long would your phone last set at the wrong time without changing time zones? What I mean is, if you can afford to - can you set your phone 10 minutes fast and see if it auto adjusts back?

Or ring that John bloke and ask him
