Help aux jack problem

when the phone connected in aux jack it shows no cable connected and speaker works
and if nothing connected to the aux jack its shows like it is connected and the speakers do not work
someone knows how to fix it? =/

It sounds as if the earphone jack needs to be replaced. There's a switch on it and it sounds as if the switch is broken.
