AUX jack problems? HTC Thunderbolt

Im wondering if there is already a thread for this or somehing, but i can only use my headphones if i have a toggle on and off app. It sucks especially cause i cant hear people if i answer calls.I haveit on most of the time cause i listen to music a lot. Anyone know the problem? Thanks.

Your best bet would be to get the device repaired and/or replaced. This isn't a normal function of the device.
