Did the factory reset fix it. Also if you can still get adb just Root your phone with Cydia Impactor again. It will give you root access from the shell without having to install any apps like supersu or whatever.

no it didnt work it only got rid of super user and it wont root again it says it cant access package manager is system running?

i tried all of that thank you for your help! im getting a new one sent in the mail. do you have a way to flash the cwm or is it not fully working yet?
I don't have a way to flash it without working android. The only way to get into fast boot that I have even heard of is to corrupt both the system and recovery partitions, and I am not willing to try that. As for FTM it is possible to flash but we don't have the firmware and I am not sure how to make it.
