Help Available internal memory

[S4 Mini internal memory]

Hi! To put it shortly:

1. Galaxy S4 mini with CyanogenMod 12.1; Android 5.1.1
2. After installing CM in june I had to reset the phone yesterday
3. After the reset I only had about 800MB internal storage available..

Is this normal? I have noticed that there are still files available from apps that were on the phone before the reset. Thus I am guessing that somehow the reset didn't really clear any data?

Should it really need 4.87 GB after a reset?

How did you reset? Via the Backup & Reset menu or did you wipe data in recovery?

If the former, try booting to recovery and wiping data/factory resetting from there.
