Yea maybe your right but you gotta remember it doesn't even work on other devices and it doesn't even work on TV out either so it can't be recorded.

Well you could say the same thing about blu-rays. I could put a blu-ray rip on here, for people that may have lost their's. Blu-rays won't play on anything else, and they cant be recorded via tv out. Doesnt mean it's legal to post them.
