Help average awake time, an apps running??

hey guys just wondering what your average awake times are...im currently at 18% after my phone was sitting all night...also what apps or programs do you guys always have running? thanks

I have very low awake times (around 7%) and make sure to run Advanced Task Killer before locking the screen on my phone. I get 2 days of battery life with moderate usage and 24 hours with heavy use.
