Root avid 4g radio

I need avid 4g radio to flash it from fastboot
i have Problem .
ZTE Avid 4G Boot loop screen after write some Values by cdma workshop to unlock device to other CDMA Carrier .

Sorry . i am a weak in English.
 
Look through the threads for( back to stock anyone) download zip and flash through custom recovery (cwm) hope that helps it will bring your phone back to out of box
 
If back to stock then take the phone to a corporate store (play dumb) tell them you updated your PRL using *228 your phone shut down during process causing your 4g radio problem it's worked for me in the past

i can not update prl because the phone still boot loop screen
