I just discovered this forum via Google Search. Got my first Android phone recently (...yes, I am horrifically behind the times :p) and am simultaneously having fun with and being scared as hell of all the myriad features. I prefer to face my fears, so registered here. Looking forward to getting to know you all!

Welcome to the forums. It's always a good idea to join a community to learn and to share your enthusiasm with others who will understand. Rather than trying to get your non-tech significant other to understand your excitement when you get a new device or customize your device when he/she doesn't care as it's just a phone to them. Not that I may have that problem or anything :D
