Awesome App on iPhone

I saw this and i'm pretty sure that's the coolest app i've ever seen. it even gets the same font as whatever you're scanning.

definitely runs on magic. I hope there's an android port, too!

Only problem i can really see with this is if you're going somewhere where the signs are going to be in a different language, you're probably going to be in another countries, where you will need to pay up the ass for a data plan.
just kidding about that.

Email reply from Quest Visual:

"Hi everyone, this is John DeWeese and Otavio Good at Quest Visual. Thanks for the overwhelming response! We'll get back to programming soon, I promise. :)
I'll work my way through the emails, but might not get to all of them; if you are still having some difficulties, please try emailing us again later!
Some frequently asked questions:
- Having trouble reading anything at all? Keep an eye on the language bar at the top of the screen -- it should stay on top, and read the same direction as your text. Click the red lock to unlock it, and you can rotate it into Lanscape mode.
- More Languages -- we're working on it! We're starting out with european languages, and will expand from there. We won't stop until we get all the way across the globe!
- Android, WinPhone7, Palm, Blackberry users, we hear you! Our goal was to get a great first release on one platform. Keep in touch!"

Pause it at 27 seconds and it says "You need only the phone and word lens, without connection to internet, or costs of network."

So that shouldn't matter.
