Awesome drop complications

I have a HTC VIVID and for some reason i cant seem to get it to load up in order to transfer.

It occurs right after putting the pin in, it starts to connect but then resets itself and goes right back to the pin screen on my phone but the computer goes to the drag and drop screen. I haven't been able to get past that part of it.

Does anyone have an idea of what is wrong or what can be done to fix it.

Try a factory reset in settings > privacy.

Did you pull down the notification bar & choose the USB connection? Is your security lock time out set too quickly?

security phone lock is set to 15min. i didnt connect it through the usb. is the awesome drop suppose to be downloaded to the laptop as well as my phone, if so my computer wont download the link, it keeps saying something bout not able to open market.

ill try the reset and ill try hooking it up with usb this time.
