AWS?

I saw somewhere that all the Moto x needs is a software upgrade to work on Verizon's AWS is this true or b/s.

According to the specs on gsmarena, the Verizon version only supports the band 13 lte that Verizon primarily uses. I don't even think Verizon has begun its band 4 rollout yet anyways.

Verizon is going to rolling out band 4 very soon. According to this link the phone does have bank 4 compatibility.

Looks like we just received first notice of aws rollout. Only looks to be in the biggest metro areas thus far.
