Baby Monitor with computer

Cant find one of these yet....
Samsung Galaxy..
Looking for a baby monitor type app, where you place the cell phone in the baby room but can listen on your computer.

Ive seen them where they use 2 cell phones, or one cell and it calls the number you provide.

Anything like that out there that i missed?

At one time I had found several baby monitor apps that provided live streaming, but now I can't find them. However, this app appears to do the same thing. It will turn your phone into a streaming web cam that you can monitor from any computer (or another phone)...
