Help Back Button & Recent Apps button

The back button and recent app buttons are not responding. The power saving function is disabled. Please help.

I would just restart your device, see if that solves anything, if you haven't previously done so.

If you already pulled the battery, you've got a broken device. take it back.

try going to settings, display, then touch key light duration.. see if that is the culprit..

Swipe down from the top with two fingers. That will display all your quick setting options. Be sure all power saving modes are greyed out and be sure you are not inadvertently on "easy" mode. Then go into settings> display>touch key light duration.

If they're still not working pull the battery, reboot and repeat above. If that doesn't work return the phone.
