Help Back button US Cellular Mesmerize

I have had my phone for about 3 months. recently the back button has started activating on it's own. Does anyone else have this problem?

My screen is clean, I have reset my phone...I don't know what else to do. I don't want to mess with customer service because they will want to replace the phone and I will lose all of my apps!

The back button is a physical button on the touch screen. If it is acting up on its own, its likely a circuit problem.

You will want to have the phone replaced. There are multiple ways to back up your phone if you don't want to lose stuff.

If you plan ahead and back everything up, the only loss you'll have is the time required to restore everything to your new phone.
