Hi, I have an LP OPtimus Black P370 phone bought in Nov 2011. A few months ago i noticed that sometimes the search, home, back (and the other button) do not always work. Of late they have almost completely stopped working. They work once in a while but mostly dont work. This has forced me to change phones (To Nokia). The on screen touch buttons work, I have not downloaded any new app, not rooted. I have not tried a factory reset. There has been only once OS upgrade since I bought it to 2.3.4.
I thought this is a hardware problem. But as I read the forums I feel it might not be so. Can anybody tell me how to fix it ? There are many posts on this topic for other phones but few for optimus black & I am not finding clear solutions.
