Help back panel separation

I wanted to share my disappointment with my transformer back panel separation. I've had my TF for about just over 2 weeks (FML) i bought it from best buy. the back textured backing is slightly separating from the metal frame (top corner). if you push on it, it will creak and pop but will not stay in. it's slight but just enough to stick a finger nail in there. i'm afraid if not fixed dust will accumulate inside the unit.
needless to say I'm a bit disappointed in the build quality. I'll be sending it back to the Asus repair shop soon and will be without it for about 2-3 weeks

Sounds to me like you should take it back to Best Buy. Show it to them and they should give you a replacement right away. I mean really, it's only 2 weeks old???

Now its over over 3 weeks old. I doubt they will have sympathy.

Even Best Buy must have a 30 day return policy. I would start with them before shipping it back to factory.

Yes, Best Buy has a 30 day policy. If you're a Silver member, you get 45 days.

I thought best buy was 15 days

OK just called them and they said its a 14 day return policy on computers, tablets ect.
