Good Afternoon!
My name is John, I hail from Des Moines, and I just moved back to Android from iOS (iPhone5). My new phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and so far I am enthralled with the "Big Screen TV" screen on the thing, and otherwise am pretty impressed too. I haven't even begun to explore the possibilities the stylus offer, but understand them to be pretty awesome.
The only real struggles I'm having with it so far is I need to get around to adding back phone numbers to most of my contacts, as in most cases, those didn't copy over, and also, finding a good podcast app that is both stable, and yet supports all the features I need. I have found ones with one or the other, but not both. I'm starting a separate thread about that one.
In any case, thanks for having me on the forums here, and hopefully I'll be able to be as helpful to you guys as you undoubtedly will be to me.
Cheers!
p.s. this is my third Android phone. The first one was the original original Motorola Droid, and the second was the HTC Thunderbolt, which I eventually came to refer unaffectionately to as the "Thunderblot", though I did appreciate and still miss the built-in stand.
