Back up apps to PC using Kies?

Hi.

I am having my Galaxy 10.1 replaced and I'm wondering if I can back up all my downloaded apps to my PC, using Kies, then restore them to the new tab.

Most are free ones - I think I've only paid for one (to have the adds removed).

Is it possible to do this? If not, is there a way to restore the paid-for app to the new tab without paying again?

Are these all apps you've downloaded from the Play Store? If so, they're all stored with your Google account and you shouldn't need to back them up. If they wipe your device, it will remove the data associated with each app (game levels achieved etc.), but the only way to back that up is through root (AFAIK).
