Back up files to SD card

Just so I understand correctly, you wish to transfer some files from the internal memory to the external memory?
If that is the case, you can do it via the computer. After plugging in the phone, (the drivers should install automatically), open up the drive associated with your phone.
You should see 2 options--"phone" and "card" I believe.
The "phone" is your internal memory, and the "card", obviously, is your external.
Open both and drag files from one to the other.
Otherwise, if I understood totally wrong, then disregard
