Back Up & Restore

I'm running the official Jelly Bean software which I upgraded to last week. Tonight I performed a Back Up using PC Companion and now that I am going to do the Restore, the most important things to me on my, I don't seem to be able to restore them.

Does anyone have any idea how I can get my Music and Photo's back?

Ok, so the reason why I can't select to restore my photo's and music is because during the back up, anything on the internal memory is not effected by the back pu and therefore stays on the phone and does not need to be restored.

Massive panic attack over!!!
