Root Back up SGY ROM

Hi..
I want to upgrade to creed's ROM for my Samsung Galaxy Y..
However, I want to back up my stock ROM before that..
I tried Cloclwork Recovery Mode by installing ROM manager to my device from the market.. but i am not able to back up my current ROM.. pls help
 
Hi Neeth, and welcome to AF.

For rooting questions it's best to ask people with the same handset, as the answer often depends on the device. So I'm moving this thread to the Galaxy Y All Things Root forum, as that's where you will get the best advice.

P.S. I should note that the Galaxy Y does not appear to be on the list of devices supported by ROM Manager, so I would advise that you do not use it unless the experts in this forum say otherwise.
 
thanks guys.. anyways found the solution.. got the backup and installed creed's rom.. shes running fine..
