i made nandroid backup but having problems finding the pda file the phone one and csc could someone tell me how t have oo get these from my phone once rooted or how to extract from nandroid.

I understand that you want to restore your nandroid backup with Odin? Correct me if I'm wrong.
That's not how it is done.
To restore, you must reboot your phone in Recovery Mode (by holding power, volume up and home) and select Restore in cwm.
