backdating to Old ROM.

Issue: I installed Nemesis One on my phone which took out the Original Rom that came with the phone. Please is the a step by step procedure on how to take it back to its Original Rom or else I downloaded another Rom that I want to use with another software called ODIN,please any step by step direction will be appreciated. Thanks.

took out the Original Rom

is the important part here. You have to find a ROM to flash to the phone, an original (Stock) ROM or some other ROM you like. There's no "backdating" once you flash a ROM.
