Hello,
I disabled background data a few months ago, since i was going out of town and that area only has partner service. after my trip i renabled data on all the apps but i am still not getting notifications,and apps that normally load in the background like my weather app wont update unless i open it or i am on wifi, i did all the steps in reverse to renable but to no avail if anyone else has had this issue or knows how to fix it i would be greatly aprreciated.
